It can sometimes be difficult to dedicate time and coordination to preparing and cleaning up after a meal. Single-pan dinners can simplify meal times and ease stress during a busy week. This no-sweat approach to dinner time ensures a quick and easy process, so you can spend more time and energy enjoying your food and the loved ones you share it with.

Using one pan to create a meal still leaves room for a diverse plate, and can be just as nutritious and satisfying as some more time-intensive meals. From the oven to the skillet, there are tons of great recipes out there for all palettes and dietary needs.

For an extra easy single-pan approach, use the oven. This eliminates the need to stand over a skillet on the stove, giving you the opportunity to relax and spend quality time with those around you. If using the oven, be sure your pan is oven-safe.
Grab your pan and your favorite Double Up farmers market finds, then try out these simple recipes!

SHEET PAN TERIYAKI CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES

With this easy three-step recipe, a delicious and balanced meal will be ready with little effort and lots of time saved! If you don’t have teriyaki, use whatever sauces you may have on hand in your cabinets, or add your favorite herbs and seasonings. For some tips on which sauces and seasonings are good to have on hand for times like this, check out our helpful cabinet-stocking blog. Try purchasing the items like the chicken and olive oil at your local market, then Double Up on the potatoes and broccoli.

One Pan Veggie Burrito Bowls

This meal is very flexible and can contain more or less of the called for ingredients. You can substitute the tomato bouillon for vegetable stock if you already have that at home. Tons of the veggies in this recipe are in season, so look for them at your favorite market and use your Double Up Food Bucks to create this delicious dinner.
