The Coordinator will serve customers directly and will be responsible for general communication activities, including the creating and disseminating market flyers, managing social media channels, and updating the Farm Express webpage with up-to-date schedule information. Pima County Cooperative Extension seeks to fill the role of Community Outreach Assistant II. The primary purpose of this position is to implement Promoting Local Arizona Agriculture (PLAZA) Mobile Market locations for Pima County Cooperative Extension's The Garden Kitchen program. PLAZA Mobile Market is a low-cost farmers market that sources locally and sells in under-resourced communities. This position includes implementation of programming at sites, coordination of partners and programming, coordinating delivery of program materials, and collecting date to be entered into multiple data collection systems.
