Are you only needing a short-term rental? Learn more about our hub program.
If you are only needing a van for 1-2 days at a time instead of a full month/week, our hub program can accommodate those requests. There are currently 5 hubs across Arizona, one in Kingman, one in Flagstaff, one in Phoenix and Tempe, and one in Tucson. These hubs house a van that is shared amongst other renters in the area to expand access.
Please place a reservation request here with the van that corresponds to the closest area that you will be picking the van up from. Please note same-day reservations will not be accepted and please give at least a two week notice to ensure our hubs can have the van ready.
Once you have filled out a reservation and it is approved, you will be connected with the hub to receive the pick-up/drop-off location.
For new renters, please complete the online Safety & Operations Training. On the day of your reservation, you will be meeting the hub contact who will do a 30-minute walk through of the van's features. Please plan your pick-up time/day accordingly.
If you have any other questions about this program or how to reserve, please contact Kaylie Langtry at [email protected].

How to add a driver:
In step 3 you will be able to include up to four additional drivers. If you need to include additional drivers after you have rented the van please fill out this form.
How to operate the reefer unit in the cargo area:
The vans have a refrigeration unit in the cargo area with a controller in the main cabin on the main dashboard. Please see the manual to learn how to operate it.
How to request road assistance:
If needed, please contact the service department at Merdeces-Benz of Chandler (844) 211-5748. You may also use the Emergency button on the overhead control panel of the vehicle.
How to fuel up:
7 of the vans use Diesel and 2 Gasoline, please see the description of the van you are renting and check the fueling cap to make sure the correct one is being used. If the metal flap in the gas opening does not flip up and allow the nozzle to go in try another station, it's a matter of the size of the fuel nozzle, not an issue with the car.
Insurance information:
All drivers must be added to our policy before driving the vehicle. Only the vehicle is covered under insurance and the driver or passengers are not covered. Personal belongings and other items left in the vehicle at any time are not covered. The insurance card will be located in the storage compartment behind the steering wheel.
Expectations for maintaining and washing the van:
Both the interior and exterior of the van should be cleaned regularly. Please note the van's wrapping requires special care (mild car cleaning detergent and water mix that does not contain any strong soluble substances, alcohol or abrasive components). For a full list of recommendation please follow this guide.
